Return & Refund
Address Verification & Changes:
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Tracking deliveries is the customer’s responsibility.
- To modify an address:
- Email tomiitomii1021@gmail.com with your order number + new address.
- If address changes incur fees, we’ll send a PayPal invoice before resuming shipment.
We generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the following cases:
Wrong Item Shipped:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photo/video evidence. We will either: Resend the correct item, or Issue a partial refund.
Damaged goods:
Provide an unboxing video (showing sealed package, damage, and labels) within 7 days.
Lost packages:
Send your order + tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier, but compensation depends on their policy (full refunds not guaranteed).
⚠ Important Notes: No refunds for lost package if tracking shows "delivered" or "ready for pickup". Once status is "handed to carrier", responsibility transfers to them (though we'll assist with claims).
