Order & Shipping
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and all debit/credit cards. Secure transactions are ensured for both parties.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested via email (tomiitomii1021@gmail.com) before shipment begins. Refunds will exclude PayPal processing fees.
Shipping Schedule
All items listed in our store are in stock and ready for shipment. However, as our inventory is distributed across multiple warehouses, orders typically take an average of 15 business days (excluding holidays) to process before shipping.
In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, delays of up to 60 daysmay occur. If this happens, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated shipping date. At that time, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a full refund.
Depending on factors like package weight and size, your order may be split into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number. If so, these packages may arrive at different times. You can monitor the status of each shipment using the provided tracking details. For any delivery-related questions, please don’t hesitate tocontact our customer service team via email.
Delivering Time
The Standard International Shipping take approx. 2-4 weeks after dispatch (subject to customs processing).
The shipping companies we use at present include China Post-EMS/ePacket, FedEx, SF Express, DHL and UPS. We will choose the best suitable shipping company to ship your parcel(s).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or holidays. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Address Verification & Changes
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Tracking deliveries is the customer’s responsibility.
- To modify an address:
- Email tomiitomii1021@gmail.com with your order number + new address.
- If address changes incur fees, we’ll send a PayPal invoice before resuming shipment.
Return & Refund

We generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the following cases:
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photo/video evidence. We will either:
- Resend the correct item, or
- Issue a partial refund
Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged goods: Provide an unboxing video (showing sealed package, damage, and labels) within 7 days.
Lost packages: Send your order + tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier, but compensation depends on their policy (full refunds not guaranteed).
⚠ Important Notes:
- No refunds for lost package if tracking shows "delivered" or "ready for pickup".
- Once status is "handed to carrier", responsibility transfers to them (though we'll assist with claims).
